GENERAL MANAGER
Meet Kat, one of our younger faces! Her journey started in 2019 as a server in the very restaurant she manages now. From Obie’s to the Big Fish Market this girl has worked it, and served it all. Kat’s tale is one full of ambition, spiced with a dash of humor, and a generous helping of hard work. When Kats not in the kitchen or mingling with guests you might catch her catching sun at the beach, or enjoying a late night with friends. And her mantra? “Never let the party stop at the kitchen door!”
